RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN

m s WHEREAS, The City of Waterloo, Iowa, had all the parcels described
o ; therein appraised and the fair market value or damage value

WHEREAS, the Owner has accepted the City's Offer to Purchase, and
o WHEREAS, the Acquisition of the hereinafter described parcel was
necessary to carry out the City of Waterloo's Flood Control Project .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that the Deed for the conveyance of the property is
also accepted and approved and the City of Waterloo is directed to
pay for the property and the incidental expenses necessary to the
m consummation of the sale from City Funds.
