WHEREAS, on October 20, 1986, at 7:00 p.m. , in the City Hall Council
Chambers a public hearing was held by the City of Waterloo concerning
c Interstate Substitution Project IX-6641(4)--79-07 Kimball Avenue
-; (Morgan to San Marnan Drive), and

' WHEREAS, no objections were made to the proposed construction of that
project,
