IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO.m WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo has under contract an Agreement with
the Iowa State Historic Preservation Office for identification of

certain historic sites within the corporate boundaries, and

s — (' WHEREAS, additional State monies are available to continue the
c identification of historic structures in the City.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
rrirr. Waterloo, Iowa, that the Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission
Staff be and the same hereby authorized to begin negotiations with
the Iowa State Historic Preservation Office for identification of

certified historic structures in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
