" WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, hereto-
fore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare proposed
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the FY 1987 Intercity
Interceptor, Stage VI, West 7th Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
0. known as Contract No. 306, and

`° WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary specifications,
form of contract, etc., for the FY 1987 Intercity Interceptor, Stage VI,
Wei- 7th Street, known as Contract No. 306 which were preliminarily
apprO ed on October 13, 1986, and

WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October 27,
1986, and no objections were made, now, therefore.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOIW!A,
that said proposed specifications, proposed form of contract and
bond, etc. , for the FY 1987 Intercity Interceptor, Stage VI , West 7th
Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 306, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of October, 1986.
