BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

That the Bid of William R. Hennessey & Son, Inc. , in the
a• amount of $221,346.50, for construction of the Waterloo, Iowa, F.Y.
1987 Intercity Interceptor, Stage VI , West Seventh Street (Contract
ccNo. 306) , described in the plans and specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said project, after public hearing on
C4 published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the
same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor Pro-Tem and Deputy Clerk/Auditor are hereby directed to
execute contract with the said contractor for the construction of
said improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
