RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SPECIAL PERMIT REQUEST
OF SONS OF JACOB SYNAGOGUE, 411 E. MITCHELL AVENUE
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CANOPY ENTRANCE.
WHEREAS, Sons of Jacob Synagogue, 411 E. Mitchell Avenue, has
proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a
canopy entrance,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due to
the insignificance of the nature of said mentioned special permit
request,
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said special
permit request should be approved as proposed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
that the canopy entrance for Sons of Jacob Synagogue, 411 E. Mitchell
Avenue, be and the same hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of November, 1986.
