^ TO DESTROY CERTAIN RECORDS AND PAPERS AS PROVIDED IN
.SECTION 372.13, PARAGRAPH 5, 1985, CODE OF IOWA.
WHEREAS, The Code of Iowa for 1985, under the provisions of Chapter
372.13',U1'aragraph 5, provides upon order of the Council that all
records and papers, other than proceedings, ordinances, instruments
: havingty do with real estate and bond issues, may be destroyed, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is desirous of
2 destroying certain records and papers under the provisions of Chapter
372.13, Paragraph 5 and, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Clerk/Auditor of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and is
hereby rauthorized and directed to destroy the following records as
providOcf= under the provisions of Chapter 372.13, Paragraph 5:
Northwestern Bell Telephone Bill Payments for:

March 8;1983 September 1983 April 1984 February 13, 1985

Iowa Public Service Bill Payments for:
January 1978 through December 1981 .
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of November, 1986.
