N WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
o `heretofore instructed Flinn, Saito, Andersen, Robert C. DeVoe,
Architects, of Waterloo, Iowa, to prepare proposed specifications,
o form of contract, etc. , for the insulating glass, glazing, metal

panels and caulking of City Hall Windows, in the City of Waterloo,
® Iowa, and
a- `- - WHEREAS, said Architects did file said preliminary
(7 `specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the insulating glass,
w glazing, metal panels and caulking of City Hall Windows, which
were preliminarily approved on October 27, 1986, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
November 10, 1.986, and no objections were made, now, therefore.
`: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
haf said proposed specifications, proposed form of contract and
bond etc. , for the insulating glass, glazing, metal panels and
caulking of City Hall Windows, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of November, 1986.
