AMOUNT OF $1,381 ,903.57.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
- that the contract of Fred Carlson Co. , Inc. , of Decorah, Iowa, for
c Kimball Avenue, (IX-6641(4)--79-07) in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
in the amount of $1,381,903.57 signed on behalf of the City of
a Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the Clerk/Auditor as of the 10th day
z of November, 1986, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said contract signed by Holmes, Murphy & Assoc. , Inc. ,
of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby,
approved.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of November, 1986.
