NOTICE AND CALL OF PUBLIC MEETING
Governmental Body: The City Council of Waterloo, Iowa.
Date of Meeting: November 10 , 1986.
Time of Meeting: 7:00 o' clock P P .M.
Place of Meeting: Council Chambers, City Hall , 715 Mulberry
Street, Waterloo, Iowa.
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above mentioned
governmental body will meet at the date , time and place above
set out. The tentative agenda for said meeting is as follows :
Resolutions in connection with the Waterloo, Iowa, F.Y. 1987
Paving Program (Contract No. 298 ) .
- Resolution ordering preparation of final
plat and schedule of assessments .
- Resolution adopting and levying final schedule of
assessments .
Such additional matters as are set forth on the addi-
tional pages (s ) attached hereto.

pursuant to Chapter 21, Code of Iowa, and the local rules of
said governmental body.

November 10 , 1986
The City Council of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Regular
session, in the Council Chambers , City Hall , 715 Mulberry
Street, Waterloo, Iowa, at 7:00 o' clock p .M. , on the above
date. There were present Mayor Bernard L—McKinley
in the chair, and the following named Council Members :
Rose Angel , Tony Budak, Frank Dowie III , Mary Lichty,
Jim Miller and Willie Mae Wright
Absent: Jack Seeber

Council Member Tony Budak introduced the
following Resolution entitled "RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF FINAL PLAT AND SCHEDULE OF ASSESSMENTS" and moved its adop-
tion. Council Member Rose Angel seconded the motion to
adopt. The roll was called and the vote was ,
AYES: Angel , Budak, Dowie, Lichty, Miller & Wright
ABSENT: Jack Seeber
NAYS: None
Whereupon the Mayor declared the following Resolution duly
adopted:
RESOLUTION 1986-643
(CONTRACT NO. 298 )
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF FINAL PLAT AND SCHEDULE OF
ASSESSMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Engineer is hereby instructed to
prepare a final plat and schedule showing the separate lots or
parcels of ground subject to assessment for the cost of the
Waterloo, Iowa, F.Y. 1987 Paving Program (Contract No. 298) ,
together with the names of the owners thereof, so far as prac-
ticable, and the amount assessable by law against each lot or
parcel of ground so assessable, and against any railway or
street railway legally assessable therefor, and $ 38,633.54 or
37 % of the whole amount of the cost of said improve-
ments shall be assessed against the benefited properties, but
not in excess of the amounts so assessed in the preliminary
plat and schedule for the improvement, and filed in the office
of the Clerk.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 10th day of November ,
1986.
