RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEDICATION OF PRoPEPTY
FOR STREET PURPOSES KNOWN AS A PORTION OF DENVER
STREET.
RE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IrN.A,
that the following described real estate be and the same hereby
dedicated for street purposes for a portion of Denver Street.
The West 30 feet of the South 60 feet of the
North 240 feet of Lot 31, Auditor Francis Reitzel
Plat, Waterloo, Slack Hawk County, Iowa.
r1F IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor he and the sale
hereby instructed to file copy of said Resolution with the County
Recorder.
