RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
d c FIRST LUTHERAN CHURCH, 118 HIGH STREET, FOR THE
s c CONSTRUCTION OF A STORAGE GARAGE.

`' WHEREAS, the First Lutheran Church has proposed that the Council
o paf t e City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan amendment for the
pur-pses of construction of a 24' X 24' garage for storage of lawn
,eAri`pment generally located at the southeast corner of Maple and High
Streets, and
ca;
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 17, 1986, at
7:00 P.M. at the City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the
proposal to approve above mentioned site plan amendment,
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site plan
amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that the site plan amendment for the First Lutheran
Church, 118 High Street, as described above, be and the same hereby
approved.
Passed and adopted the 17th day of November, 1986 and approved by
the Mayor this 19th day of November, 1986.
