JHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in
c the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at
7:00 p.m. on the 8th day of December, 1986, for the purpose of
o°'o conside jng the special permit request of Waterloo Metroplitan Transit
' Authority to place three (3) bus shelters on public right-of-way
gera.era?ly located on (1) west side of St. Francis Drive near the
o Ravenwc�d- Health Center, (2) north side of University Avenue near the
Taco H6us% .and (3) south side of University Avenue in front of the
FoQd-for.-toss grocery store.

F- J1OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of
ItittOrloo, Iowa, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
rnotee of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
