r:= -for the City Hall Window Weatherization Project, described in the
plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
° project , after public hearing on published notice required by law,
be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received
for said work.
The Mayor and Clerk/Auditor are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
Passed and adopted this 17th day of November, 1986.
