✓ (--. - WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has undertaken Dysart Road
TReconstruction from Shaulis Road to East Orange Road
• (IX-6691(1)--79-07), and
s TT WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo was desirous of opening said road
;; prior to commencement of the winter season, and
m. WHEREAS, portions of the pavement were poured while the subbase
rc moisture was slightly high.
R' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that truck traffic over ten (10) tons on Dysart Road
from Shaulis Road to East Orange Road be and the same hereby approved,
in order to protect the investment of the City of Waterloo.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that signs be posted by the City of
Waterloo Sign and Traffic Department designating the prohibition of
truck traffic as stated above.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of November, 1986.
