r ~ dHEREAS, the Waterloo Metropolitan Transit Authority has
iii-64sdd that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a
spec`" 1 permit request to place three (3) bus shelters on public
ri =-of-way generally located as follows: (1) West side of St.
=- ancis Drive near the Ravenwood Health Care Center, (2) on the North
adewof University Avenue near the Taco House (K-Mart--HyVee Area),
4, 1(3) on the South side of University Avenue near the Food-4-Less
n grocery store, and
na J WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 8, 1986, at
7:00 P.M. at the City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as
o provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the
proposal to approve said above mentioned special permit, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of said Council that said special
permr€ request be approved as proposed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, that the special permit request for Waterloo
Metropolitan Transit Authority to place three (3) bus shelters on
public right-of-way, be and the same hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of December, 1986.
