RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT

WHEREAS, on this 8th day of December, 1986, at a regular
=meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
Lof Waterloo, Iowa, that the Preliminary Plat of Kingswood Second
cAddition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby
``approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem and the City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
:affix their signatures to said Resolution.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of December, 1986.
