,_, t Section 1--That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
S shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
`l ' Iowa, at7:00 P.M. on the 5th day of January, 1987, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell , convey and move
' ` the single family dwelling located at 404 Devonshire Street owned by
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the Ansborough Avenue
: ,Widening Project legally described as follows :

P - `' '' Section 2--That the Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to
publish- notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
Section 3--That the City Planner or his/her designated agent
be authorized to sell , remove and oversee the removal of the fixtures
from said above described property. The aforementioned statement
applies further to existing property and fixtures owned by the City
and future properties so acquired in conjunction with the Interstate
Substitution Project.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of December, 1986.
