RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
SOUTHBROOKE SECOND ADDITION, WATERLOO, IOWA,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA:

BOUNTY, IOWA, was presented for approval , and

WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should

0- 1a" NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City
m of Waterloo, Iowa, that the Preliminary Plat of SOUTHBROOKE SECOND
ADDITION, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, be and it is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and the City Clerk/Auditor of the City of
i . Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said Resolution.
