RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN
ACQUISITION CONTRACTS TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
TO THE CITY AND ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
CERTAIN DEEDS.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had all the parcels
described herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,

AND WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described
parcels are necessary to carry out the Ansborough Reconstruction
_ Project in connection with the Interstate Substitution Plan.
S h-m ,�: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
k, of Waterloo, Iowa, that the contract for the parcels hereinafter
m described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo, Iowa, all of

S are accepted and approved and the Mayor and City Clerk/Auditor are
' authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of the City and
c to execute all instruments necessary to consummate the agreement to

the conveyance of the same are also accepted and the incidental
