RESOLUTION APPROVING NON-RENEWAL OF LEASE
WITH GARRET DEBOER FOR FOXY'S, 715 SYCAMORE.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo entered into a Lease Agreement for
k isiness property located at 715 Sycamore Street with Garret DeBoer
dated February 3, 1986, and
WHEREAS, an Addendum to said Lease Agreement was signed on
c March 14, 1986, and

WHEREAS, said Lease Agreement and Addendum authorizes the
occupancy by said tenant for one
year from the date of March 14, 1986.
WHEREAS, the tenant has orally requested the City to terminate
his lease prior to March 14, 1987.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that the Lease Agreement with Garret DeBoer and the
City of Waterloo for property located at 715 Sycamore Street be
terminated, subject to the City's receipt of a letter requesting said
termination, as required by the Lease Agreement.
