BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Engineering Design Contract dated January 12, 1987, for
Eldora Road (IX-6553(2)--79-07), by and between Wayne Claassen
Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Ioi .
