RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN
ACQUISITION CONTRACTS TO SELL REAL PROPERTY

- WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had all the parcels
=:described herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,

N n ? AND WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described
parcels are necessary to carry out the Greenhill/Sager Avenue
p Reconstruction Project in connection with the Interstate Substitution
8 Plan.
o c !- 7-, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
c of Waterloo, Iowa, that the contract for the parcels hereinafter
a described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo, Iowa, all of
which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
.!, :are accepted and approved and the Mayor and City Clerk/Auditor are
C authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of the City and
c,to execute all instruments necessary to consummate the agreement to
purchase the properties from the owners thereof, and the deeds for
Q the conveyance of the same are also accepted and the incidental
expenses necessary to the consummation of the sales from City Funds.
The subject parcels are:
PARCEL NO. 3856-60 - 3856-3860 Sager Avenue
Thomas A. Kupka, Property Owner
Lot W-36, Cedarloo Park, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
PARCEL NO. 3950 - 3950 Sager Avenue
Stephen J. and Rebecca S. Dotzler
Lot W-42, Cedarloo Park, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of January, 1987.
