RESOLUTION APPROVING INDUSTRIAL CONCEPT
MAP FOR THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, recognizes the need to
locate industrial sites in areas of the City providing the most
economical use of existing public services and facilities, and
c — WHEREAS, the Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission is
cresponsible for the orderly growth and development of the City, and

WHEREAS, the Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission
s recommends adoption of the industrial site concept map.
o c NOW, THERERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
., City of Waterloo, Iowa, that the proposed industrial sites concept

0) map now on file in the Office of the Clerk/Auditor be and the same

hereby approved and adopted .

a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said map be forwarded to the Cedar
Valley Economic Development Corporation.
