RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIOUS DEEDS ACCEPTING
THE DEDICATION OF DENVER STREET FROM EUREKA
STREET TO HOLM STREET AS PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS, a portion of Denver Street from Eureka Street to Holm
Street was conveyed to the City of Waterloo for street purposes by
Russell and Lena Lemon Helen and Marie Siefkin: Charles arid Susan
Mauser: Charles Jr. and Gwyneth Mauser William and Wilma Wisner
Miles and Hazel Koloc. Fritjof and Carolyn m. Rjornvold. by deed. and
WHEREAS,. the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, did
not take action to accept said deeds for said right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, that said deeds of conveyance for a portion of
Denver Street from Eureka Street to Holm Street be and the same
hereby approved and dedicated as public right-of-way.
PASSED AMP ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1987.
