(-$1,011,511.00) TO THE GENERAL FUND.

F WHEREAS, the CityCouncil passed the 1986-1987 Fiscal Budget
on March 44 1986, allocating $2,023,022.00 for the City' s Insurance,
FICA and ',PERS within the General Fund, and
a NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
bF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
14,011,51140 from the Trust & Agency Fund to the General Fund for
Insurance, FICA and IPERS costs as allowed by Section 384.12 of the
tat'e Cam„ of Iowa.

y BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City Treasurer
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1987.
