A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN
PARCELS OF PROPERTY FROM THE IOWA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH RIGHT
OF WAY FOR RELOCATED U.S. 218-IX-218-7(58)--3P-07
AND U.S. 63-IX-63-6(39)--3P-07.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that the following parcels be accepted by the City of Waterloo
for right-of-way for Relocated U.S. 218-IX-218-7(58)--3P-07 and U.S.
63-IX-63-6(39)--3P-07;
Parcel 1 - Corporate Easement for Storm Sewer
A parcel of land located in part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Sec.
12, T89N, R13W of the 5th P.M. , Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows:
Commencing at the SW Corner of said Sec. 12; thence
N00°30 1/2 'W, 1250.0 ft. along the west line of said SW 1/4;
thence N89°29 1/2'E, 100.0 ft. to the Point of Beginning;
thence N00°30 1/2W, 74.7 ft. along the existing easterly right
of way line of Primary Road No. U.S. 63; thence S89°41 1/2'E,
30.0 ft. ; thence S00°30 1/2 'E, 74.2 ft. ; thence S89°29 1/2 'W,
30.0 ft. to the Point of Beginning; containing 2233 sq. ft.
