RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
REPLACEMENT OF LIVINGSTON HANGAR WINDOWS AT
THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Airport Director of said City to
prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Replacement of
Livingston Hangar Windows at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the Replacement of Livingston Hangar Windows at
the Waterloo Regional Airport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Replacement of Livingston Hangar Windows at the Waterloo Regional
Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 2011.
