RESOLUTION NO. 2011-642
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF JERRY AND
MARTHA MULLER FOR A VARIANCE TO ORDINANCE NO.
3094, NOISE ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, Jerry and Martha Muller are requesting a variance
to the Noise Ordinance on July 23, 2011 from 3:30 p.m. to 10:30
p.m., in conjunction with a wedding reception to be held at 1615
Baltimore Street, including live music and the use of a PA
system, with recommendation and approval of Chief of Police, and
WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of the Ordinance
No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, said Jerry and Martha Muller have made formal
application for a variance effective July 23, 2011 from 3:30 p.m.
to 10:30 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Jerry and Martha Muller for a
variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, on July 23, 2011
from 3:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., in conjunction with a wedding
reception to be held at 1615 Baltimore Street, including live
music and the use of a PA system, be and the same hereby granted.
