RESOLUTION NO. 2011-644
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF RAMP TRACTOR
AND BLADE AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Airport Director of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of Ramp
Tractor and Blade at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said preliminary
specifications, bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc., in conjunction with the purchase of Ramp Tractor and Blade
at the Waterloo Regional Airport, which were preliminarily
approved by Resolution No. 2011-577 on June 20, 2011, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 11,
2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
purchase of Ramp Tractor and Blade at the Waterloo Regional
Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2011.
