RESOLUTION NO. 2011-650
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2011
PUBLIC MARKET WINDOW REPLACEMENT AND NEW
VESTIBULES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the 2011 Public
Market Window Replacement and New Vestibules, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc. in conjunction with the 2011 Public Market Window
Replacement and New Vestibules, which were preliminarily approved
by Resolution No. 2011-533 on June 13, 2011, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 11,
2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the 2011
Public Market Window Replacement and New Vestibules, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2011.
