Notice is hereby given that on the 21 st
day of October 2024, at 5:30 p.m., In
the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers
in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo;
Iowa. a public hearing will be held by
the Council of the City of Waterloo;
Iowa, for approval of a development
Agreement with Iowa Heartland Hab-
itat for Humanity, in conjunction with
the sale and conveyance of five vacant
lots located within the Walnut Neigh-
borhood, with a grant of 315,000.00
for infill housing development, legally
described as follows:
