OPENING OF BIDS
Sealed bids must be received by the
Clly Clerk of the City of Waterloo al
City Hall, 715 Mulberry Street, Water-
loo, lava 50703, no later than Thurs-
day. October 17th , 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
All bids will be opened in the Council
Chambers at City Hall, In the City of
Waterloo, fovea, on the 17th day of
October 2024, at 1:00 p.m., and the
proposals will be acted upon a1 a lat-
er date. The bid opening will be lives-
treamed on YouTube and made avail-
able on the oily webs le.
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Council
of said City will conduct a public hear-
ing on the preliminary plans, speclftca-
tions, bid documents, form or contract,
and estimate of cost In conjunction
with the WFR Structural Turnout Gear
Purchase Project at 5:30 p.m. on the
2151 day of October, 2024, said hear-
ing to be held In the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers in City Hall In said
City.
The proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, and estimate of cost
for said profnat are now on file In the
office of the City Clerk for public ex-
amination, and any person interest-
ed therein may file written objection
thereto with the City Clerk before the
date set for said hearing, or appear
and make objection thereto with the
City Clerk before the date set for said

thereto at the meeting above set forth.
