RESOLUTION NO. 2011-651
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2011 PUBLIC MARKET WINDOW
REPLACEMENT AND NEW VESTIBULES.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2011-650, plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
2011 Public Market Window Replacement and New Vestibules, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the public hearing on July 11, 2011 as prescribed
by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2011.
