RESOLUTION NO. 2011-653
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MONTH EXTENSION TO
AGREEMENT FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES WITH
CEDAR BEND HUMANE SOCIETY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement for Animal Control Services dated July 11,
2011, at a cost of $17,229.50 per month plus additional fees for
pick up and disposal of wildlife, by and between the Cedar Bend
Humane Society of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2011.
