RESOLUTION NO. 1987-83
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF NORTHEAST IOWA
REGION SPOPTS CAR CLUB OF AMERICA FOR VARIANCE
TO NOISE ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 3094.
WHEREAS, Northeast Iowa Region Sports Car Club of America
will be conducting the "1987 my Waterloo Days Auto Cross" on
June 7, 1987, and
WHEREAS, said organization's activities exceed the limits of
the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said organization has made formal application for a
variance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Northeast Iowa Region Sports
Car Club of America for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094. Noise
Ordinance he the same and hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of march, 1987.
