BED Fr RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, thy[ the City Planner be and the same hereby authorized to
submit a Bequest for Proposal for a petroleum overcharge grant to
be used for the design and implementation of Subsystems L & M
(Central Business District), Subsystem K (University Avenue) as a
,-part of the Metropolitan Area Traffic Operation Signal Study
L(MATOSS).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Planner be and the same
hereby authorized to forward said proposal to the Iowa Department
of Transportation.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of March, 1987.
