RESOLUTION APPROVING FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
WITH CONWAY PLAZA FOR THE WALKWAY ACROSS

raw h WHEREAS, a Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement between
Conway Plaza Development Company and the City of Waterloo dated
vJuly 6, 1984, was executed concerning the Conway Plaza Skywalk,
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, that the City of Waterloo enter into an
agreement with Conway Plaza Development Company which would allow
the City of Waterloo to finance the $155,295 for the cost of said
skywalk and that repayment he made to the City over a five (5)
year period for Conway Plaza's cost of $51,765.00, plus interest
at the rate of the next General Obligation Bond sale.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of March, 1987.
