WHEREAS, the Police Department is authorized and equipped
`— to fingerprint individuals for law enforcement reasons, and

` r WHEREAS, this service will be offered to individuals for
h, non-law enforcement reasons, for an established fee.
s s NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE THE
o Q CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a fee of $5.00 be established for
fingerprinting individuals for non-law enforcement purposes,
r,r2 including but not limited to immigration, naturalization,
,- banking/securities clearance, private employment, educational
ci m employment, social security, and license requirements; however, fees
Hm will not be charged for fingerprinting individuals on request from
Z. law enforcement agencies, United States military, the Courts, and the
