4HE-RiAS the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
jneet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
o 'Waterloo, Iowa, at 7:00 p.m. on the 23rd day of March, 1987, for
;the purposes of considering the sale and conveyance of real
Irrperty generally located at the southeast corner of West Sixth
and Bluff Streets to the State of Iowa for Relocated Highway 218,
legally described as follows:
All of Lots 4 and 5 and the northwest 95 feet

except the east 10 feet of Lot 2, Block 48,
Original Plat Waterloo West, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that the Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of March, 1987.
