C� Ncc —1 , _ m F F -{�F REAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the parcel described herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained, and frl ti errs c c WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcel is r necessary to carry out the Donald Street Reconstruction Project in F- connection with the Interstate Substitution Plan s r._ (IX-6662(2)--79-07) . s c _ _ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Acquisition or Easement Contract for the cc parcel hereinafter described to sell the same to the City of `� L Waterloo, Iowa, all of which is situated in the City of Waterloo, 4 ` Black Hawk County, Iowa, is accepted and approved and the Mayor Pro Tem and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of the City and to execute all instruments necessary to r_consummate the agreement to purchase the properties from the owner thereof, and the deeds, permanent easements, and temporary easements '= for:-the conveyance of the same are also accepted and approved and the -. City of Waterloo is directed to pay for the properties and the c incidental expenses necessary to the consummation of the sale from City funds. c. Sheeley) The Northerly 15 feet in even width of the Southerly 48 feet in even width and the Easterly 25 feet in even width of the Northerly 65 feet in even width of the Southerly 113 feet in even width of all that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section No. 12, Township No. 89 North, Range No. 13 West of the Fifth (5th) Principal Meridian in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the South line of said Section which is 573 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Section; thence North along a line which is parallel with the East line of said Section a distance of 353 feet; thence East along a line which is parallel with the South line of said Section a distance of 135 feet; thence South along a line which is parallel with the East line of said Section a distance of 353 feet to the South line of said Section; thence West along the South line of said Section a distance of 135 feet to the point of beginning.
