RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PLANNING, PROGRAMMING

1 Q WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo is and will be the owner of various
.:parcels within the Interstate Substitution Corridor, and
WHEREAS said
c m m parcels will be offered for sale, conveyance and
removal on a regular basis.
�, ` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of
�- Ek Waterloo, Iowa, that:

o > _ c 1. The Planning, Programming and Zoning and Clerk/Auditor staffs
H- be authorized to receive bids and open same for said property,
MSQ at a time and place to be advertised in the Waterloo Courier,

F ; m ` 2. Bid documents and information will be available to the public

`` c I-1 as specified in the Waterloo Courier after approval by the City
Council , and
3. Planning, Programming and Zoning staff will forward said bid
tabulations to the Council at the time and place established
for the public hearing on the sale, conveyance and removal of
same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said policy become effective upon
approval and signature of said Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March, 1987.
