RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE, CONVEYANCE
AND REMOVAL OF VARIOUS SINGLE FAMILY DWELLINGS
AND GARAGES EX DWELLING, AS MAY 4, 1987 AT
7:00 P.M. , IN THE CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS,
►WATERLOO, IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING THE CLERK/AUDITOR
TO PUBLISH A NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1--That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7:00 p.m. on the 4th day of May, 1987, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell , convey and move the
following legally described single family dwellings and garages owned by
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with various Interstate
Substitution Projects:
1 . Three-Bedroom, Ranch Style House at 2400 Ansborough
legally described as follows:
The East One Hundred Twenty (120) feet of Lot No. Five (5) in "Sunset
View" in Black Hawk County, Iowa, now in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Containing approximately 13,093 S.F.
2. Four-Bedroom, One and One-Half Story House at
2416 Ansborough legally described as follows:
Lot No. 4 in Sunset View, Black Hawk County, Iowa, now in the City of
Waterloo. Containing approximately 28,000 S.F.
3. Three-Bedroom, Two Story Colonial House at 2500 Ansborough
legally described as follows:
Lot No. 2 in Sunset View, Black Hawk County, Iowa, now in the City of
Waterloo. Containing approximately 28,000 S.F.
4. Three-Bedroom, Ranch Style House at 2510 Ansborough legally
described as follows:
Lot No. 1 in Sunset View, Black Hawk County, Iowa, now in the City of
Waterloo. Containing approximately 28,000 S.F.
5. Garage Structure at 2400 Ansborough legally described
as follows:
The East One Hundred Twenty (120) feet of Lot No. Five (5) in "Sunset
View" in Black Hawk County, Iowa, now in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Containing approximately 13,093 S.F.
6. Garage Structure at 2510 Ansborough legally described as
follows:
Lot No. 1 in Sunset View, Black Hawk County, Iowa, now in the City of
Waterloo. Containing approximately 28,000 S.F.
7. Garage Structure at 404 Devonshire legally described
as follows:
Lot No. One (1) in "Byrnbrae Second Addition" in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa. Containing approximately 10,909 S.F.
