RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
OF KING-BROWN SUBDIVISION, WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS on this 6th day of April , 1987, at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Preliminary Plat of
KING-BROWN SUBDIVISION, WATERLOO, IOWA, was presented for approval , and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted to and
has been approved by the Waterloo City Plan and Program Commission, and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should
receive the approval of this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that the Preliminary Plat of KING-BROWN SUBDIVISION,
WATERLOO, IOWA, be and it is hereby approved, and the Mayor and the City
Clerk of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to
c. certify and affix their signatures to said Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April , 1987.
