RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
KING-BROWN SUBDIVISION, WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS on this 6th day of April , 1987, at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of KING-BROWN
` UBDIVISION, WATERLOO, IOWA, was presented for approval , and
(NJ Q c WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted to and has
o -been approved by the Waterloo City Plan and Program Commission, and

s approval of this Council .

c• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that the Final Plat of KING-BROWN SUBDIVISION, WATERLOO,
CO =1OWA, be and it is hereby approved, and the Mayor and the City Clerk of
