CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR FY 1987 W.C.F . & N.
' ORIVE PAVING PROJECT, PHASES 1 AND 2, CONTRACT NO. 297.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City Engineer, to
prepare and file specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate
s"of cost etc. , for the construction of the FY 1987 W.C.F. & N. Drive Paving
Project, Phases 1 and 2, Contract No. 297 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as
'specfifi- in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said specifications, form of
J contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc. , and the Council of the
"City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same, now, therefore,
BE ``IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
said specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc. , be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily approved.
Passed and preliminarily approved this 6th day of April , 1987.
