at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00
P.M. , on the,= 27th c}ar of April , 1987 for the purpose of holding a
public hearing on proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and
estimate of cost_,fir'the FY 1987 W.C.F. & N. Drive Paving Project,
Phases 1 and 2, 'in the City of Waterloo and taking of construction bids
therefo,rr, Contract No. 297.
Section 2 - That the Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to publish notice
of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
