BE ITrR-ESLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS :
r Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
c shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00
I-- p.m. , on the 20th day of April , 1987, for the purpose of considering
1: and acting upon a proposal to sell property to Peoples Bank and Trust
s Company generally bounded by West Fifth, West Sixth and Commercial
c Streets end the Cedar River owned by the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
• descrild-'as follows :
oo (40�-X '160.5 ' Parcel ) - The Southwesterly 40.0 feet in even
i width of Lot 15 in Auditor' s Plat of Cascaden and Ballou's
ti Sub "vision of Lots 26, 27 and the Northwesterly 40 feet of Lot
&, :Fractional Block 6, Original Plat; on the West Side of the
Cedar River, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
(23.67' x 123' Parcel ) - The Northeasterly 23.67 feet of the
Southwesterly 252.67 feet of Lot 28, except the Northwesterly
40.0 feet thereof; the Northeasterly 23.67 feet of the
Southwesterly 252.67 feet of Lot 29; and the Northeasterly 23.67
feet of the Southwesterly 252.67 feet of the Northwesterly 43.0
feet'4oltot 30, all in Fractional Block 6, Original Plat on the
West Side of the Cedar River, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
(17' X 235 ' Parcel ) - The Southwesterly 235.0 feet in even width
of Lot 30, Fractional Block 6, Original Plat on the West Side of
the Cedar River, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, except the

Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
