described in the plans and specifications after public hearing on
• published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the

same being the lowest bid received for said work.

.� The Mayor and Clerk/Auditor are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the demolition of said
o structures, said contract not to be bi ndi ng on the City until
approved by this Council .
