RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN ACQUISITION,

SELL REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY AND ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
CERTAIN DEEDS AND EASEMENTS (DONALD STREET RECONSTRUCTION

~ rr' WHEREAS, The City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had all of the parcels
described herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained, and

r ` WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcels are
es c necessary to carry out the Donald Street Reconstruction Project in
connection with the Interstate Substitution Plan (Donald Street

Reconstruction IX-6662(2)--79-07).
E NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that the Acquisition of Easement Contract for the parcels

cr G which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, are
• c accepted and approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the same in behalf of the City and to execute all
wgs instruments necessary to consummate the agreement to purchase the
o c properties from the owners thereof, and the deeds, permanent easements,
w and temporary easements for the conveyance of the same are also accepted
and approved and the City of Waterloo is directed to pay for the
Is properties and the incidential expenses necessary to the consummation of
